Fees
ADE Hamilton Reserve, L.L.C. is a fee only financial adviser. We provide portfolio management based upon either a percentage of assets under management or the hours of work performed. Planning is performed on either an hourly or fixed fee basis.
The schedule for fees based upon a percentage of assets under management is as follows:

| $2,000,000 to $10,000,000 | 0.6% |
| Above $10,000,000 | 0.4% |
Our hourly compensation is two hundred dollars ($200) per hour. The charge for fixed fee planning ranges from one thousand dollars ($1,000) to twenty thousand dollars ($20,000), depending upon the nature and scope of work to be performed.
