James P. West is the principal of ADE Hamilton Reserve, L.L.C. He is a certified financial planner™ and actively practicing attorney. Mr. West graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, and the University of North Carolina with a J.D. with honors. His law practice involves the representation of clients in business and estate planning matters. He obtained an Executive Certificate in Certified Financial Planning from Duke University and holds the Certified Financial Planner™ designation. His financial experience includes employment as an economic analyst at Chase Econometrics and the Congressional Budget Office. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
